Senior Account Manager

• An account manager delivers a high standard of customer service, often dealing with complex schemes
• You will readily take ownership of problems and see them through to completion.
• You will be assigned a trainee to mentor and develop.
• You may also begin to take responsibility for a technical specialism, or deputise for the section manager.

Developing Consultant
• This role is a training platform for becoming a consultant.
• You will be mentored by a senior consultant or director.
• You will manage and administer a reduced portfolio of clients, dealing with all aspects of their scheme needs.
• You will provide support to your mentor by producing reports and working on special projects.
• Further qualifications may need to be undertaken for this role.

Consultant

• A consultant is qualified to give advice to clients on a range of pension and wealth management products that meet their individual requirements and circumstances.
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining your own portfolio of clients.
• You will create, build and maintain long term client relationships, through quality of service and advice.
• You will be the face of the business and provide a proactive, personal service at all times.

Other opportunities

Our graduate programme has been designed to train you to become a future account manager or consultant, however as we continue to grow there may also be openings in other areas of the business, such as investment research, compliance, finance, marketing, HR and IT.
