About Mattioli Woods

Mattioli Woods was established in 1991, with a view to providing a national pensions trouble-shooting and advisory service to controlling directors, senior executives and professional persons. Centred in the East Midlands, the consultancy is predominantly fee-based and has grown substantially, now acting for circa 3459 pension fund clients throughout the UK, principally small self-administered schemes and self-invested personal pensions. Funds under trusteeship now total circa £1.6 billion.

A key objective within our business is to create and build long-term client relationships by providing a hands-on and bespoke service throughout our principal functions, being professional trusteeship, pensions administration, pension consultancy and investment management. This creates the environment to provide an all-embracing holistic service designed to resolve structural issues and then to develop and maintain a retirement strategy matched to each client's own requirements.

To ensure a proactive and genuinely personal service, Mattioli Woods uses a bespoke IT system, but more importantly employs an energetic and well-motivated team of account managers, generally from a graduate background.
