Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist pensions consultancy, announces that at 30 June 2010 the Company's capital consists of 17,359,742 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 30 June 2010 is 17,359,742.

The above figure of 17,359,742 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mattioli Woods under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
