Research and Broking Manager
Responsibilities within Mattioli Woods
From outset I was responsible for client work and was supported in completing the Certificate in Financial Planning. After my initial training period I held a full portfolio of clients as an account manager and was actively involved in the investment research team and other special projects teams. I was key member of the Pension Simplification team reviewing the technical aspects of the post A-day legislation and interpreting the new rules to ensure the company had suitable systems in place.
In 2006 I was pleased to accept the position of Research and Broking Manager where I am able to spend my time focusing on investment research. I regularly update the consultancy team on the latest news in investment markets and present findings at the monthly Sales and Broking meeting.
