Mattioli Woods is a progressive and dynamic company. In the last ten years we have created one of the most successful pension consultancy and wealth management businesses in the UK, and in so doing became a quoted company listed on AIM in November 2005.

Our graduate recruitment initiative, which has now been in place for nearly fifteen years, has been key to the success of the organisation and the vast majority of our senior managers, account managers and consultants originally joined the company through this programme.

Driving the graduate recruitment initiative will continue to be the main focus for the development of the business, and the enormous growth opportunities in our sector, widely recognised by our market, will ensure career opportunities will continue to be developed with a fast track approach.

Mattioli Woods provides pension consultancy, administration services and wealth management primarily to owner/managers, senior executives and professional persons. There are fundamental changes occurring in the sector which has led to this market growing by around 20% per annum for the last ten years. This growth is now set to accelerate. Mattioli Woods is the only AIM listed consultancy specialising in this field in an otherwise heavily fragmented industry.
