Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist pensions consultancy, announces that on 26 October 2010, the Company received notification from Capita IRG Trustees Limited ("Capita") that on 18 October 2010, Capita purchased Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of certain of the Company's directors pursuant to The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan as follows:
