Syndicated property initiative (SPI)

We developed SPI in response to client demand, as a way of creating investment stability and underpinning strategies with solid longer-term income-producing property assets, invariably key to the needs of a pension fund. Syndication gives clients access to better quality prime property, with stronger underlying tenants and lease terms, for small denomination investments.

Our SPI initiative now operates through our Custodian Capital subsidiary and over the past 9 years, we have developed a portfolio of over £110 million, comprising 58 assets, across all property sectors with over 1,000 investors. SPI provides a structure to allow SIPP, SSAS and Private investors access to:

direct property ownership
high-quality investment property
individual asset selection
£10,000-£50,000 investment

SPI also aims to provide investors with:

a diversified portfolio
long-term income provision
relatively low risk property
real property returns
transparent, low-cost model

For further information on how to invest and examples of properties within our property portfolio, please visit our subsidiary Custodian Capital by clicking the following link: www.custodiancapital.com.

Custodian Capital does not offer investment advice so investors who are interested in this investment model must seek their own independent financial advice from an adviser who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Mattioli Woods' consultants are able to offer this service. Please contact us today for further details.
