Your relationship with your client is important and by offering a personalised service, we will look at ways in which we can work with you to enhance and support your existing relationship. Our professional connections are each allocated one of our experienced consultants who will be your first point of contact for any enquiries.
As well as offering on-going technical support on existing and new legislation, to both existing and new clients, our team are also available to assist with those ‘out of the box’ solutions. Each consultant will look to work with you to ensure that the ‘pensions’ or ‘wealth’ solution interacts with any planning you already have in place for your client and you can choose how involved you wish to be in this area of the management of your client’s affairs.
Our administration staff has a responsibility towards the member and the scheme, and will act professionally and diligently with all aspects of the administration process. All schemes are allocated to one dedicated account manager, who is internally trained and will be able to cover most, if not all, of the schemes’ technical issues. Our technical support team will provide a further layer of support when required.
In addition to our support staff, our Investment team work alongside the consultancy team looking at new and existing investment solutions, as well as monitoring investment performance.

We will be speaking and exhibiting at Accountex, the UK’s only national exhibition for accountants and finance directors working in practice, business and the public sector. The two-day event will take place on 6-7 June 2013 at the ExCeL, London and is expected to attract more than 3,000 accountants and financial directors and other decision makers from the accountancy and finance world.
